My experience here was great. I asked about the ability to accommodate gluten free orders at the counter, and the employees immediately changed their gloves, got a new cutting board/knife and even a brand new brisket was brought out. Food was delicious. Would absolutely eat here again.

The food here is delicious. When I mentioned celiac, the line cooks changed their gloves, cleaned off cutting board, and added a fresh mat. The brisket is great and my husband liked the pulled pork. Their baked potatoes are enormous. You could get that by itself for a meal. Ate there twice.

Great brisket and Turkey! Had a side of beans and coleslaw which I would say the coleslaw was the best I’ve ever had. Turkey was super moist.
Mentioned gluten free at the counter and they got a new cutting board and changed their gloves. If anything I’d just ask them to not put toast in your box just incase they forget.

I was really nervous about eating at a BBQ joint since I have dealt with cross contamination. This place was great. I got the loaded baked potato with brisket on top. They made it dairy free and it was delicious. They pulled a new brisket from the back along with a new cutting board and knife. The rest of the table loved their BBQ and sides. Highly recommend.

Good reviews led is to try this place. I went in,asked about a gluten free order. The owner immediately told the staff about s GF order. Immediately, they all changed gloves, a new cutting board and knife appeared from the back, and the owner’s wife, I think, told me that the cole slaw and beans and barbecue sauce were GF, which I said I wanted. Some of the best BBQ we have had! Went back the next day for the same thing again. Absolutely NO reactions! Superb food, service and safety!

Wow! I was so happy to find this place. The only meat on the menu that is gluten free is the brisket but it was amazing! The whole crew on the line changed their gloves, used a whole new brisket, knife, cutting board, etc before starting my order. They did everything they could to minimize the risk of cross contamination. I also had the loaded baked potato and it was delicious! I did not get sick and that is always a major plus!

Great BBQ! The owner was there and explained to me how only the brisket is gluten free, but all the sides (minus the mc n cheese) was gluten free. The barbecue sauce they use has worcester sauce in it, so the ribs aren't GF. The brisket was yummy though! The staff was SUPER helpful with navigating. I'd come back again just for them alone!

I had the brisket and cole slaw. Both were delicious! They ran out of the loaded baked potatoes, or I would have tried that, too. The y changed gloves and used a separate cutting board for the brisket. I’m a very sensitive Celiac and had zero issues eating here!

Restaurant staff was great - changed gloves, knives and cutting board. Additionally, they mentioned that the pulled pork could be cross contaminated because they make sandwiches near the pork. I ordered a loaded potato with brisket and it was phenomenal! They even got a new brisket to cut with the clean knife.

Best meal we had near Yellowstone! All the meats and most sides are GF. I had a loaded baked potato and brisket with no issues. My family had the mac and cheese with various barbecue meats and raved about it all.

As of 6/16/2023 they were open for the season. They were open most of the day unlike some places that had shortened hours. I would agree with all the info below. All meats, sauces and some sides were GF. And delicious! We had ribs and a loaded baked potato. In an area with limited GF options or if you find yourself here it’s worth stopping!

This place is amazing! We are from KC and are BBQ snobs. The brisket here is melt in your mouth! Small place, takeout is best unless it’s the off season. All meat is GF, cole slaw and corn salad is GF. They also offer a loaded baked potato with butter, sour cream, cheese and green onions. Add meat if wanted. Flavor is good. Meat is good. Definitely need to go here! I didn’t get pics, it was too good. Family owned. Walked me thru options and said I could ask them to change their gloves. Oh yea, you order at the counter.

Omg—best BBQ! I asked if they could take food safety measures and they knew what to do. They got our fresh knives and boards, switched gloves, and got our fresh meat.
It was awesome. The ribs melted off the bone.
My kids had the pulled pork and said it was amazing.
Very tasty. I didn’t get sick. Thankful to find one place in West Yellowstone willing to work with me.

Walked in and explained that my two kids and I have Celiac. The young man at the counter immediately changed his gloves and changed out his preparation cutting board for a clean one. He volunteered that all their meats and sauces were gluten free and all their sides except Mac and Cheese were GF, as well. My kids and I all ordered the brisket. It was amazing! We also loved the regular BBQ sauce. Great food. Extremely fast. And, so delicious! My wife is not celiac. She had a pulled pork sandwich and said it was really great. We will definitely go back before the end of our Yellowstone vacation.

I can’t say enough about how good this BBQ was! The workers behind the counter were very knowledgeable about gluten free and changed their gloves, knives, butcher block etc. We also could have almost all the sides. A hidden gem in West Yellowstone for sure!:)

Upon ordering I asked the gentleman behind the counter about gluten free options. The owner instructed me that all the meats, beans and coleslaw are all gluten free. That leaves Mac and cheese and the bread on the menu that I couldn't eat. I did ask for a glove change and a new cutting board as they get bread and cut the meat and assemble the sandwich on the same cutting board. No one in my family got sick so that was a plus.

Absolutely NOT safe for Celiacs. I watched them handle bread / buns and handle meat without changing gloves, so even if they changed gloves for me, the meat was already contaminated. They handled their bread / buns in the same area as the meat, too - the buns were literally sitting 3 inches from the brisket and ribs and constantly passed over top of the meats. When I asked them if they had any meats that were gluten free, they said they all have gluten free ingredients, but when pressed would not give me anything more - didn't offer to open a new package or anything, just repeated the *ingredients are gluten free. As a Celiac - do NOT eat here!

We ate here during our time in west Yellowstone. My daughter has celiacs disease. The gentleman that I spoke to on the phone was very knowledgeable and gave me a list of all the items on the menu that were gluten free. She had the brisket, pulled pork, beans, and corn salad (we had the corn salad without the chilli cheese Fritos). The gentleman changed his gloves before he prepared my daughter's food. She loved the meat and had no issues afterwards. The staff was very friendly as well. Would definitely return!

Wonderful food and amazing service!! I let them know ahead of ordering that I have celiac disease and asked if they could change their gloves; and not only did they do that, they also got a new knife and cutting board to prepare my food on.
Yes
My son has celiac. He got the brisket and turkey and ate it with BBQ sauce. Didn’t get sick. If there were a GF bun offered, we’d give this place 5 stars. None of the sides are GF but he was happy just to eat the meat.
Yes
Great Bar b que sauce gluten free.
