I usually get sick at this restaurant chain if I get any lettuce. If I just get chicken, cheese, gf bread, and warn them of my allergy I don’t get sick. If you let them know it’s an allergy they change gloves and use foil so bread won’t touch toaster.
They did a great job preventing cross contamination. Used tin foil, suggested not getting bacon because it runs through with the regular bread. Also, offered fresh ingredients because it’s common practice to push unused veggies back into the container.
The menu doesn’t mention GF bread but they do have it if you ask. I got the Italian sandwich on gf bread and enjoyed it :) I would recommend. They even asked if it was an allergy or a preference to make sure that they were cautious with preparation

Always really good about keeping my sandwich separate. Never gotten sick.
Be careful eating here. Staff have issues with the gluten free orders and spent most of the time being annoyed that I asked them to use precautions. When I asked about the gluten free bread the immediate response was “unfortunately” they have the bread and the staff member was rude the entire time.
Always a little scary going to a chain, but the staff was knowledgable and asked if it was an allergy. I was worried about choosing a sandwich that had condiments, but the staff said they legally have to open new containers of everything to make a sandwich for a customer with an allergy. Didn’t order a toasted sub, since I wasn’t sure how that would be handled. Didn’t get sick.
Bun and everything GF as advertised.
Manager prepared 6 GF sandwiches for us for a marching band competition. Took extra care and even wrapped toasting oven in tin foil to toast the bread. Clean location!
