Wife has eaten here several times and has not yet gotten sick. There is a manager there who goes above and beyond making sure the work area is cleaned and workers are informed about taking precautions to avoid cross contact. Same work space and oven. They use Schar bread that is individually sealed. Since the GF bread is one size they weren't able to do the ring up the kids meal GF.
Have never been disappointed when eating there. The bread is really good and most of the staff is knowledgeable. They've always changed their gloves when I ask. Great place to eat!

Their GF bread is dry, not good.
Probably not safe from cross contact here, but the best GF sub roll across all chains imo
I love their gluten free bread (they use Schar instead of Udi's).
