My girlfriend is celiac and this is one of our safe places to go on a weekly basis. The store does a good job of training. I watched her food be carefully prepared on cleaned equipment by new staff and they did a great job. Been there probably 10 times this year and have never had any cross contamination problems.

We did not have the best experience. Me and my brother both have celiac disease and we both ordered a cheese steak on a gf bun . We got our drinks and sat down thinking we were getting our subs . The cashier called us back up and said that they only had one bun and we payed for two . We ended up both getting open faced sandwiches but I wouldn’t return if I had had other options. The food was okay but the experience wasn’t the best . If you are considering going here there is a jersey mikes down the street which has gf buns . No hate to fire house subs this is in no way intended to be rude .

Pretty good so far. Firehouse is usually a safe place for me.
The website for firehouse is great for allergy descriptions.
