They were very friendly and accommodating...they changed gloves and wiped down the area before making our sandwiches. Bread wad a little dry but overall a decent sandwich

The best bread ever!! I have eaten here many times and have had amazing service. If you let them know you have a gluten allergy they will clean the line. They also are aware of ingredients containing gluten. Their website an allergen list!!

I went here and got a turkey bacon sandwich and asked if the dressings on it were gluten free and they made sure to check everything and tell me. They also sanitized what they were making the sandwich on and changed gloves. There was a up charge for the gf bread but it was amazing, didn’t even taste gluten free and did not get sick at all.

Such yummy Gluten free bread, but restaurant location has unfortunately closed as of 11/23.
I've had good experiences at Firehouse shops in general and this location is no exception. Their GF bread is as good as I've found and they always leave the sandwich uncut and include a knife with the order so you can cut it yourself. I feel very safe eating here and I think their sandwiches are very good.

I ordered the Grilled Chicken Sandwich. The GF bun only.comes in the medium size, 8", which was fine for me.
The person who made my sandwich was very friendly and helpful. She was knowledgeable abt Celiac disease and didn't make me feel like a weirdo for needing something different.
She made sure to grab all the veg from new bags to reduce accidental cross contamination. The bread is stored separately. I did get it toasted so there is a risk there, right? But toasted is so much better. I haven't tried a lot of bread yet as it is still all new to me but I found the texture pleasant and the flavor good.

I requested a sandwich on GF bread & they were wonderful. Asked me if it was a preference or an allergy. I told them it was due to an allergy. They put the bread in a different toaster & made the sandwich on a clean piece of aluminum foil. One person made my sandwich & I saw him touch another piece of bread & immediately change his gloves before coming back to my sandwich. He said that his wife if gf so he goes out of his way to do what he can & that he helps his coworkers understand it a little more. They were very kind & diligent. Very pleased with the service! **I did give safety a 4/5 rating bc it’s not a gf facility so there’s still a chance of cross contamination
