Firehouse Subs

They have Schar GF rolls!! So excited to eat good subs again on amazing, soft, not dry, GF bread. I've been there 4 times in the past month. I have not had any reaction and I am very very sensitive to gluten.

I'm also on a low FODMAP diet for a different stomach issue right now and it has been a great choice for that as well.

My favorites are the Hook and ladder and the club.

Tried their gluten free sub sandwich and was very impressed. The staff asked if it was an allergy and took proper precautions (as much as possible given the style of restaurant). I not only enjoyed my sub but did not get sick at all (I am very sensitive). This is a pretty standard go to for a quick meal for us and I’ve always had good experiences!

Allergy list on website. Schar bread for extra $2 medium size subs. A lot of options and Good subs. Had the Smokehouse beef and cheddar brisket OMG so yummy!!!

This restaurant should not be on this app. No one cares about gluten free lettuce. Lettuce is gluten free everywhere. This place has no gluten free rolls. Unless a place has gluten free bread products, the establishment does NOT belong on this app!!!!! Whoever is going that needs to cut it out!!!
