The firehouse subs in my area is the absolute best!! They handle my gluten allergy with extreme caution and even give me spices to make my spicy mayo at home! I cannot say enough good about their service and the food is so yummy!
Not as great of a selection as Subway, that I'm used to, but a decent substitute. Staff changed gloves and made sure the line knew there was an allergy. Didn't seem bothered to make the safety modifications. No sickness/cross contamination issues. Will go back!

Firehouse now has gluten free bread and it is very tasty! They asked if I had an allergy and changed their gloves when preparing my sandwich to avoid cross contamination.

Their bread is amazing when toasted and they’re very knowledgeable about cross contact.
They offer Schar's GF bun but were sold out. Ask before self-ordering at kiosk.
Have not gotten sick here. Good gf sandwich bread and if you tell the staff you have a gluten allergy, they seem to know the protocol
