My family was able to eat all their standard subs and I was able to be with them, but keep it GF eating one of their new salad options. I ordered an Engine Company salad and it had my typical meat choices of Turkey and roast beef plus iceberg, romaine, cucumbers, tomato, cheese, green pepper, and a banana pepper. I went with oil and vinegar, although the ingredients list on the Italian Dressing appears to be gluten-free friendly (but I avoided it with ingredients such as EDTA and high-fructose corn syrup). It was completely edible but bland. Maybe if I had ordered double meat...
No
They do have Schar gluten free buns now! (Call and check first because sometimes they run out)
They have solid allergy protocols (using fresh containers, changing gloves, toasting on foil). The cashier said that all of the toppings are GF, but I played it safe (she didn’t seem 100% certain, and things like meatballs are a red flag). I played it safe and had a turkey sub. It was fine, but not worth the $18 it cost.

Sadly they no longer carry gluten free bread. Beware!
— No gluten-free information on the menu
Gluten free bun but no measures to prevent cross contamination. No knowledge of which items are gluten free. Bread crumbs all over the place.

Was craving a sandwich and remembered they were in my area, looked at the menu and read a review on here and went for it! The gal at the front was the best, explained all protocols for gluten allergy and wont cut your sandwich to lessen the chance of cross contanimation. Bonus : they have Schar bread ! So i was sold ! I had a tuna sandwich no cheese and some chips! I feel fine and will definately return again.
