If you tell them that you have a GF issue, they will take very good care of you! The staff is knowledgeable about celiac disease and the importance of preparing the sandwiches with separate gloves. They use Schär GF sub buns - my favorite GF bread!

They were great. They asked if it was a gluten allergy when old yes (easier for celiac). We we’re immediately told that the mayo would be on the side because the regular mayo touches the bread. It was brought out separately and we were told it didn’t touch any gluten.

We did not have the best experience. Me and my brother both have celiac disease and we both ordered a cheese steak on a gf bun . We got our drinks and sat down thinking we were getting our subs . The cashier called us back up and said that they only had one bun and we payed for two . We ended up both getting open faced sandwiches but I wouldn’t return if I had had other options. The food was okay but the experience wasn’t the best . If you are considering going here there is a jersey mikes down the street which has gf buns . No hate to fire house subs this is in no way intended to be rude .

Gluten free bread only comes in a medium sub size I got turkey. I didnt get sick from it. Bread was good not dry or weird tasting. I would go back.
