Very good subs and take extra care when I ask.
My mom ordered in person for me here. She asked them to change gloves before preparing a salad for me, and was very nastily told that they change gloves between every sandwich (I'm skeptical about that.)
The salad was very boring, but they were out of gluten free bread. All in all, a disappointing experience, but I did not get sick.
Super Fresh. Tasted amazing. I explained how sensitive I was and they were very careful.

the gluten free buns are AMAZING! and they made sure to ask me if i had a dairy allergy after asking for no cheese so i didn’t have any dairy on my sub
Individually wrapped bread that is soft and moist. I’ve been there 4-5 times with zero issues. They even found out carbs for me

Our party was turned away. The lady frustratingly said they cannot accommodate allergen concerns when they are busy. Our party made up about half of the customers in the restaurant.
They took precautions while making my sandwich on gf bread. Due to the nature of the establishment there is still a high risk of contamination.
Wonderful gluten free sub. While it is prepared in areas that have gluten- workers change their gloves and instruments when handling the bread. They do not cut the sub to avoid cross contamination. There has never been a time where I have gotten sick and I have celiac.
I have celiac and eat here all the time and never get sick. That being said, it is a sub place so i’m sure there is cross contamination but I’ve never had a problem. Their gluten free bread is really good.
