Twice I have gone to the one in Sioux City, IA 6 months apart. Both times they were out of gluten free bread. They charged us, and let us walk out of the store thinking we had our order without telling us they didn’t put the gluten free sandwiches in. We had to go back and have them pay us for the orders we didn’t receive. Had we not noticed they would’ve allowed us to pay without ever receiving our food. Not to mention the manager was extremely disrespectful both times. We will not be back!
It was very got I got the club on a sub and added a few veggies and some of the hot sauce bar was gf I really like Schar bread and they will put foil down but I think next time I would get it double because the bread kind of fell apart I got there chili as well which was good but I didn’t like any of there chips all the ones had gluten so I passed on that but all around pretty
I have eaten twice at this location and both times I have not reacted to the food. Both times I made it clear I have a severe allergy and mine should be made first. They wrapped dd's the sandwich seperately.
I ordered a medium turkey bacon club on a gf roll. The roll was very soft and a good size. The sandwich was warm and tasted great. My husband ordered a large Firehouse hero with a gf roll too and since it was a large, they put it on 2 rolls. We were very impressed and pleasantly surprised.
The online allergen menu is the best I've seen making it super easy for me to order. The gluten free bun was soft and didn't crumble and fall apart. They changed gloves and used all clean knives and work space. Cross contamination could still happen as it is not a dedicated gf facility, but they took extra precautions.
