I was told by staff this location will no longer be carrying gluten free bread.

This was my first time ever going to a Firehouse. I am a Celic, and can be pretty sensitive. they use a pre-packaged Schar bun that is really good. I had a hot sandwich. It was delicious, and I didn't get sick.

We don't have much trouble with cross contamination. The GF buns are fragile, fresh, and tasty. Lot of variety in the fillings. Barring delayed reaction, we will be back. We had the Italian and Engineer subs.
The GF rolls are Schar who is having problems. You can get ham and/or turkey on salad. Or take it home and put it on your own bread.
Place is clean and staff is friendly. Great place to eat and they specifically asked if the gluten free order was an allergy which was very much appreciated.
Has not had gotten-free rolls the past two times I've tried in September.
Called first and like most firehouse subs I’ve found no longer carry gf buns. So disappointing!
They have great gluten-free sandwiches, but they don’t always have a gluten-free bread so you should check before you go
