Experience not do good. No glutin free buns. This has happened in different location the past 4 months. 😟

I love firehouse sub they have a gluten-free bread There is so good. I always go there when I want to get a sub there.

— Excellent

Heard they had a gluten free bun - but when I went they had none. Seems to be a common issue, since another location had the exact same issue.

This particular Firehouse is extremely well trained on gluten-free and allergy food handling. I have eaten here several times with no problem whatsoever.

Can only ever order a salad here. They NEVER have GF bread. They always say they are restocking it but doubt that takes over 6 months. One woman eho works there, who has 1 GF kid and 1 dairy free kid (I can't have dairy either), told me how to order so it would be safe to eat here. Salad, no cheese, and only ask for oil and vinegar. I am GF intolerant and have a dairy allergy. The people they hire at this location mess around a lot and if I was celiac, I would NOT go to this location.
