Had a honey ham & Swiss on the Schar roll. Was great and a couple hours later and I’m feeling good so I would call this a win.
The subs are delicious and they use safety precautions as the owner is Celiac. Love this place! Best subs I’ve had!

I did take a gluten-aid pill before eating, but I have not felt any symptoms of gluten at all. Their bread tastes so good and their precautions are very great. 100% recommended.

I got a sandwich from there with gluten free bread and it was SOOOOOOO good definitely the best gluten free sandwich bread I've had and it didn't make me feel bad or sick it was amazing I 100% recommend
I ordered a medium turkey bacon club on a gf roll. The roll was very soft and a good size. The sandwich was warm and tasted great. My husband ordered a large Firehouse hero with a gf roll too and since it was a large, they put it on 2 rolls. We were very impressed and pleasantly surprised.
I have been here a half dozen times and not had a reaction. They always change their gloves when making my food.
