Spoke to the server at the restaurant and they were happy to speak to the chefs and then expressed that all the gluten free foods should be prepared separately in the kitchen. Any specific food items e.g. gravy she also checked with the chef for me and added a note to my order stating I was celiac. I had the roast and it was great, hard to believe it was all gluten free!
