This was our second visit, 2 years later…. First visit I was shocked that after saying “gluten free for allergy” multiple times to the girl at the register - there was a piece of bread under my meat, on my plate. This time specified “gluten free - allergy, no bread!” The guy said “let me make that note.” This time I had a hunk of cornbread on the meat. Glad I Checked before we left. When I called it out to them, the manager said “it’s not on the ticket” they redid my meal. Frustrating since their website states to let them know and they’ll will mark it as such.

All employees are well versed in GF options. You can get tortillas instead of a bun/bread to go with your meal. A couple sides are GF and their fries are cooked in same oil as some other stuff but if you’re not to sensitive to that the fries are great. Two of their barbecue sauces are not GF but all the others are.

If you do your research before hand their website shows GF options and so does their in house menu, definitely going back!

Read online that most of the meats are GF so I gave it a try. The staff was very unfamiliar with a GF diet and celiac. When I got my food I noticed there was a small slice of bread tucked underneath my slab of ribs...after I’d eaten a few bites. This place isn’t celiac friendly.

Texas Tacos are served on corn tortillas. I opted for the burger without a bun. It was good, but a bit overdone. Sweet Home Chicago BBQ sauce is GF. Couldn’t tell me what other sauces may have been GF.
