We eat here all the time and I have never had any problems. They are great about cross contamination and the food is amazing!

They have allergens marked on a tiny print, complicated pdf online. So it’s difficult ordering. But they do have info available online. My eggs were runny, potatoes too spicey for my liking, and gf bread toasted was hard as a rock served plain with no butter or preserves.

I've been here many times and never get sick. I usually order the gf French toast with bacon or the pesto chicken power bowl. My meal is always delicious and no issues. I am very sensitive with cross contamination as well.

The hash bowls and omelette a are very good and they have gluten free bread. My server told me today that when there’s a gluten allergy that they clean the grill and change all the equipment so there’s no cross contamination.

To start off, I have been to First Watch many times with and without my family (who eat gluten-free), and every single time the staff has been accommodating and very friendly.
They have plenty of gluten-free breakfast options with foods that are inherently gluten-free (eggs, bacon, fruit, etc.). You can substitute any bread on the menu for gluten-free bread, including the french toast! They always ask if you have a gluten allergy to make sure the kitchen accommodates you.

I am bummed. Food was delicious but my stomach is paying bad. I told the server I was extremely allergic to gluten and she seemed understanding. I shouldn't have came here. ☹ it's things like this that make me never feel safe eating out. I know there is a warning with it being a chain but at other locations I haven't had a problem.

My daughter has Celiac and I’m gf. They prepare allergy meals in a separate area of the kitchen. She ordered gf French toast and it came out seperately and marked. Our server was very knowledgeable, but others there were not. It has now been a couple of hours since we went and my daughter and I both feel good with no signs of being glutened.

They are very considerate when I order gluten free bread for toast and inform them of my allergies. I'm sure other locations might be less kind but this one is great.
Cross contact is possible I'm sure, but I believe they car enough to make some effort

Decent brunch food. Whenever I mention gluten free they know what I'm talking about and seem to be careful. I feel a bit rushed though, they usually give us the check before we're halfway done with the food.
