The food and service was excellent. The server and manager were extremely pleasant even cheerful. The food on all accounts was scrumptious - and I rarely use that word to describe food anymore, most never deserve it. Anyway the reason for only three stars is this: my food came out wrong twice. I ordered the Via Veneto which has italian sausage, spinach, roasted red peppers, mozzarella and parmesan cheeses along with an English muffin. I requested no parm cheese, spinach, or English muffin. I ended up with tomato in my omlet. I'm allergic to tomatoes and gluten and no mention of tomatoes was in the description in the menu or online. I sent the food back and when it came out it had spinach, parm cheese, and the English muffin. Granted, the muffin was on a separate plate, but still I was getting things I specifically requested to be absent. I picked as much spinach as I could and just ate the omlet and it was pretty good. My companions had no issues with their food.
This is a chain restaurant and they have an allergy menu online, it is nice because you can see if a dish that you want is gluten free or if just one of the components of the dish has gluten (like toast or tortillas) that you could omit. They have gf bread for toast but the toaster is shared so I avoid it personally.
I’m not big on breakfast food so I get the chicken sausage patties and the potatoes with onions which is all very tasty (I usually double check that it isn’t all cooked on the same grill as pancakes and stuff which they are not) I’m pretty confident you could get an omelette safely if you like that just check with them if you are sensitive. Also the grits/cheesy grits are bobs red mill and GF.

My experience was good, I got an omelette it came with pico de gallo and fruit. You could also get home fries Wich they offered to cook separately so as to not contaminate them with gluten. It also came with gluten free toast Wich was okay especially with added jam and butter. Overall pretty good place to eat if you have a gluten sensitivity or allergy especially in Florida where the options are usually limited.

The French toast is not celiac safe. They have gluten free bread, but dip it into the same batter as gluten toast.
My son has celiac. The waitress was knowledgeable and careful. His meal cam out flagged. He had delicious avocado toast!

They do not have GF pancakes. Not sure why a review says that. Only French toast.
