Review of First Watch

I absolutely adore this place: the service is fantastic and I love their coffee! As a coeliac hailing from Melbourne, Australia, that's saying quite a bit! Staff are incredibly attentive and most items on the menu can be made gluten free with some substitutions or simple adjustments made to each dish. They highlight my orders in giant red marker just to make sure the kitchen staff get the memo. I've dined here twice with no issues thus far.
