I was very unsure of this place before going in. They only have two items on the menu that are listed as gluten free but it is a breakfast place so generally eggs, bacon, potatoes, and other breakfast items like that are safe. They do carry Udi’s bread. I asked the waitress a lot of questions before the manager came to my table. He stated that he was new to gluten free and didn’t understand what I was asking, however he said that he would accommodate me and my friend as needed. We explained our intolerance and he cooked all of our food himself. Neither of us got sick and the food was really good! Long story short: You should be safe, but if you have a high sensitivity skip it.
