Staff was very knowledgeable, used a separate toaster for bread and had allergen markers to help prevent cross contamination. Food is also always great!

The staff were really diligent about my food allergy. The food is great and the staff are super friendly.

They have udi’s bread so they can make any sandwich with it. They also have a lot of egg dishes. Very tasty!
The staff was not understanding or considerate of gluten allergies. They mentioned that they were out of Udi’s bread and when my food was delivered there was regular wheat bread on the plate. After I mentioned this to the host and server they didn’t seem very concerned but then explained that they had the gluten free bread that they could see from where we are standing. So this was a very expensive breakfast for the risk. It seems cross contamination could be high.

Food is healthy and delicious. Staff understands gluten-free eating quite well.

They do not have a dedicated toaster, but do offer gf bread. I had the Farmhouse Hash and it was amazing. Staff answered questions and seemed knowledgeable. There were several options for gf. Nima sensor tested my meal safe.
To start off, I have been to First Watch many times with and without my family (who eat gluten-free), and every single time the staff has been accommodating and very friendly.
They have plenty of gluten-free breakfast options with foods that are inherently gluten-free (eggs, bacon, fruit, etc.). You can substitute any bread on the menu for gluten-free bread, including the french toast! They always ask if you have a gluten allergy to make sure the kitchen accommodates you.

I am bummed. Food was delicious but my stomach is paying bad. I told the server I was extremely allergic to gluten and she seemed understanding. I shouldn't have came here. ☹ it's things like this that make me never feel safe eating out. I know there is a warning with it being a chain but at other locations I haven't had a problem.

My daughter has Celiac and I’m gf. They prepare allergy meals in a separate area of the kitchen. She ordered gf French toast and it came out seperately and marked. Our server was very knowledgeable, but others there were not. It has now been a couple of hours since we went and my daughter and I both feel good with no signs of being glutened.

They are very considerate when I order gluten free bread for toast and inform them of my allergies. I'm sure other locations might be less kind but this one is great.
Cross contact is possible I'm sure, but I believe they car enough to make some effort

Decent brunch food. Whenever I mention gluten free they know what I'm talking about and seem to be careful. I feel a bit rushed though, they usually give us the check before we're halfway done with the food.
