Do not eat here. They are not informed about gluten free or what it is and when explained in depth will bring you bread anyway touching everything on your plate. When the management was approached with concerns their attitude was “ oh well”.

I got the ham and gruyere omelette and GF toast. They do have a dedicated toaster for the toast! Everything tasted great! I’d definitely go back
After telling the waiter of my allergy and then ordered my meal, she completely forgot and gave me a gluten filled meal and when I asked for a new one she rolled her eyes and said can’t you just eat it.
I have only had breakfast at First Watch. I have grits, eggs, bacon and GF toast. Never had a problem. Be sure to let them know “allergy”. And double check on how the GF toast is toasted.
I love their food! Fresh and have plenty of gluten free options. They also have gluten free toast that you can swap out for no extra cost.
Delicious safe meal. Got morning veg omelette with breakfast potatoes and a side of turkey link.
