First Watch

First Watch is amazing! I came here with frieds for breakfast/brunch and had a wonderful experience. They have a toaster for gluten-free bread that they keep separate, they take Celiac precautions such as wiping down their grill before serving potatoes, and they change their gloves. My server really put my mind at ease. I can’t wait to come back a lot!

I found that First Watch was very accommodating. They had a GF toast option and were able to make my order without cheese. The quinoa bowl was very filling and delicious.

I called before we went to see if they had gf options. The girl that answered the phone told me she had a gluten allergy and her brother was celiac and the restraunt was very knowledgeable. Indeed, I agree. They had numerous items that were gf or corks be customized to be gf. I love their avocado toast w/ gf bread. I have eaten there twice so far and have not gotten sick either time.

Healthy options for the breakfast set and brunch crowd. Gluten free drinks and breads, but no pancakes or waffles. They do have Udi’s bread for French Toast (no guarantees on cross contamination).
