Limited gluten free options but my waitress was knowledgeable about menu suggestions for no cross contamination. She asked if I was celiac and was also training a new waitress to do the same. The staff is well trained for gluten free/celiac friendly meals. Also, gluten free bread was available for NO EXTRA CHARGE!
I had a good experience. The toast was subbed for GF toast and it was not bad. Of course smaller than the regular toast but still got the job done. We ate at the bar for faster service. Had the kid size bacon and egg meal that came with 2 pieces of toast and a cup of fruit. It was noted as an allergy. I did not have a reaction
Went to First Watch. They opened this new location just a week prior to my experience. I opted for the quinoa power bowl. It had mushrooms, sausage and two eggs on top. It was labeled Gluten Free on the menu. Upon its arrival it also had an allergy toothpick attached.
I asked about the gluten free toast. They told me it’s toasted in the toasters with wheat breads.
Overall was great. Will return.
