Ate here the other night having a burger bowl and fries. Fries are in a dedicated frier. The cashier had no idea what my husband was talking about when he ordered, but the cook was knowledgeable and told him how to ring it up and he cooked it correctly.

Amazing burgers. You can eat the fries!!!!!!! Super safe for a Celiac like myself. I eat here all the time and don't get sick. Totally recommend going here if you need something quick to eat.
Love there food but observed the dry cook grab the frozen with gloved hands but also touched handels of the basket s then with same gloves did something on prepared table then reached for more fries. I had to ask him to please change his gloves before cooking my fries. he did but returned to handle ing basket and fresh fries with out changing them again. so for celiac I wouldn't chance it

Excellent food. Bun-less burgers and fries are safe (dedicated GF fryer). Reliable and delicious. Staff is careful to avoid cross-contamination.

I appreciate that they always ask if my lettuce wrapped order is an allergy. Fries are the only thing in the fryer, so no worries about cross contamination.

I’ve gone three times in two months and it’s been great every time. I tell them “allergy warning, I have celiac’s”. I order mine on lettuce (they do a really great job at wrapping the burger in lettuce), with everything on it.
I then inform them that my spouse would like a normal bacon burger on a bun. The staff has always reassured me and I hear them tell each other “allergy!” while cooking. They’ve always put my burger in a different bag marked “***ALLERGY***” and there was a red sticker on the tin foil of my burger.
If you’ve never been to a Five Guys, they have a very limited menu of just burgers (bacon, cheese, or plain) in three sizes, French fries (plain or Cajun), and milkshakes.
The only gluten items on the menu are the buns and malt. The chocolate shakes do not automatically come malted, so there’s never been a worry for me there.
