They cook burgers or hot dogs away from buns and will be very careful if asked. Fries are g-free and not cooked with any shared oil. I get my burger without a bun or wrapped.

The food was very good and well prepared. I am very sensitive to gluten and did not get sick. The fries are done in a dedicated fryer and are cut fresh, so no gluten. The cashier was well versed on gluten free. They don't have gluten free buns, but you can get burger in lettuce wrap or bowl.

the burgers and fries here are very good. they have a dedicated fryer but there is a risk for "glutening" in restaurants which serve wheat, and of course most people eat wheat buns. advise staff to prepare with fresh gloves if celiac.

Not recommended if you're celiac. Cross contamination possible over most of the kitchen. Order was taken and repeated to kitchen staff in Spanish, I mentioned "wheat allergy" and asked for a glove change as that tends to get taken more seriously. I watched the woman grilling buns then grab raw patties and put them on the grill, after just having handled buns. The guy in charge of toppings switched gloves, put them in the bowl, and waited for the burger to come off the grill while dressing other burgers and wrapping them (again touching bread). He also went straight to the fryer to grab fries and was pushing them into the cup with his hands, then finished my burger I ordered in a bowl. Not recommended for celiacs at all. Additionally, the floor was completely covered in oil and multiple customers complained. I was here with my mother (post op from spinal surgery) and had to guard her walk out of the store so she wouldn't slip and fall.

The manager followed the making of my lettuce wraped burger from start to finish and made sure gloves were changed and that it didn't touch any potentially contaminated area. The bread toasting grill was separated from the burger grill area. I didn't get glutened, and look forward to trying the fries, too, next time!

Very celiac friendly. Everything is gluten-free except the buns. Tell the order taker that you must have gluten-free because of allergy (allergy is the word they understand). I have eaten at 5 Guys is several cities and I trust their grasp of gluten-free. Order a bowl or a lettuce wrap. Good quality food.

I got extremely sick from here the last time I ate, I had to tell the cook to get me new patties after she had touched buns then touched my hamburger patties right after. Cooked my patties on the same stove as the rest (no dedicated gluten free grill) and pressed down my patties with the same presser used on the non allergy parties. Do not eat here if you have celiac it's not a safe option in Twin Falls.

Let's face it, Five Guys is filled with peanuts-- and makes no excuse about it. They are clearly not depending on any of us food-issue-folks as their primary demographic. HOWEVER... if you need GF, & ask them for your entire burger of quality beef with NO FILLERS, prepared BUNLESS, in a bowl, and load up your fave burger fixin's on top, you can get your burger "fix", but not get sick! Additionally, their fresh cut fries have NO Gluten-filled flour coating... just beautiful Idahos fried in a dedicated fryer of peanut oil. So if your issue is PEANUTS, STAY AWAY!!! If your issue is GF, order bunless & enjoy!!!

The taste is phenomenal. But this place is definitely not celiac-friendly. All the staff spoke broken English so I couldn't properly explain what I needed, and I got severely sick from gluten probably 10 minutes after finishing my meal. I have CD and a Nima gluten sensor device. To watch the food being made, I was a bit nervous. Nothing on the menu has gluten except the buns (essentially) according to the website. I didn't see anyone changing gloves. That said, my Nima tested the food to be GF. Only fries in the fryers. So, as long as they don't cross contaminate, this place should be ok!
