This is a great burger place for those with Celiac. The only food with gluten in it is the bun - even the fryers only fry fries. Good lettuce wraps and they even put the ketchup and mustard in separate containers. Pretty safe eating and fresh food.

Great food and service. Just remember to ask them to change their gloves and prepare your lettuce wrap without touching anyone else’s burger that way there is less chance of CC. Their fries are fabulous as usual.

Staff changed gloves if you tell them Celiac. You can order a lettuce wrap or bowl for your burger and the fries are made in a separate fryer. We had a big party with lots of allergies and dietary restrictions but food was great, everything was correct and staff was really nice!

I have ate at Five Guys two different times, different locations. Both times I became very very sick. Not sure if it's the cross contamination or the fact that their food is super greasy. Do not recommend if you have a sensitive stomach or cross contamination is an issue.

They have an “allergen” option for their burgers to avoid contamination from other products, and offer a bowl or salad wrap instead of a bun. The staff is familiar with the procedure. Good burgers with lots of topping options!

Five Guys has a reputation for being understanding when it comes to allergies and Celiac. This location gets it, but you have to be vigilant. Be sure to remind them that staff should change gloves and utensils. We have refused food that wasn’t prepared this way to be safe. Benefit of an open kitchen is you can watch out for red flags!!

As with other FG locations, you can get a bunless burger (in a bowl or lettuce wrap) and upon ordering they ask if it's for an allergy. Fries are fried in a dedicated frier and so far so good at this location.

The woman asked me if I was gluten allergy or diet, I said allergy. I thought hey they know what they are doing. The cheeseburger lettuce wrap had lettuce ontop and bottom loosely. The burger was ok, nothing great. I left excited that I could eat here. Not even twenty minutes after eating I was sick. Yep glutened big time that lasted all day. Won’t be coming back.

Great place to eat. Every time I order my hamburger with no bun they always ask “for diet or allergy” when I say allergy the announce it down the line everyone touching my food changes their gloves. All condiments are individually sealed in separated containers. The fries are safe because the potatoes are the only thing that goes into the fryer.

They wrapped the burger and toppings in a lettuce bun that was crispy, fresh, & tasty. The fries also had their own fryer so there was no concern there.

Had a burger in a bowl (I didn't want a lettuce wrap, but they will do that) and fries. They will change their gloves, use different spatula, etc. The fries were delicious and I couldn't tell you the last time I was able to eat fried french fries at a restaurant. Nothing else is put in the fryer, and it is fried in peanut oil. Delicious and had no reaction. I'm very sensitive and didn't have a bad reaction.

Usually five guys is one of my go to spots for gluten free burgers. But this place is far too busy for me to come back. Amazingly I did not get sick and they did a good job trying to keep my burger gluten free. But with the sheer volume of orders they have at this location the risk of cross contamination is very very high. Their prep table was by far the messiest I have seen at a five guys and there were crumbs every where. Nothing against this location, but the risk is too high here.
