So good! They are pretty knowledgeable for a chain!

Just had Five Guys for the first time since my diagnosis. I had a cheeseburger on a lettuce bun with fries. Everything was great!

Always a positive experience. My daughter has celiac and this is one of the few "go to" places for us with exceptional service. Keep up the great work! We appreciate it

I had a burger without the bun and was very clear when I ordered that I was gluten intolerant, but I must have gotten some bread crumbs and was sick for two days:(

Great burgers! Love that they are so conscious about safe food handling our celiac son enjoyed his burger without a bum just like we serve at home

They don't even blink when I ask for my burger without a bun. I used to watch them them prepare it to make sure they did nothing to cause cross contamination, but now I just trust them. Great burger and fries. Clean restaurant but do not come if you have peanut allergies!
Excellent food. Bun-less burgers and fries are safe (dedicated GF fryer). Reliable and delicious. Staff is careful to avoid cross-contamination.

I appreciate that they always ask if my lettuce wrapped order is an allergy. Fries are the only thing in the fryer, so no worries about cross contamination.

I’ve gone three times in two months and it’s been great every time. I tell them “allergy warning, I have celiac’s”. I order mine on lettuce (they do a really great job at wrapping the burger in lettuce), with everything on it.
I then inform them that my spouse would like a normal bacon burger on a bun. The staff has always reassured me and I hear them tell each other “allergy!” while cooking. They’ve always put my burger in a different bag marked “***ALLERGY***” and there was a red sticker on the tin foil of my burger.
If you’ve never been to a Five Guys, they have a very limited menu of just burgers (bacon, cheese, or plain) in three sizes, French fries (plain or Cajun), and milkshakes.
The only gluten items on the menu are the buns and malt. The chocolate shakes do not automatically come malted, so there’s never been a worry for me there.
