I request burgers in a lettuce wrap and they were happy to change their gloves and prepare my burger away from the counter where they also lay bread. They also state that their fries are gluten-feee as they are currently the only thing that fries in their fryers. Always check the menu though since restaurants change menus. I prefer to order in person and watch my food being made to ensure no-cross contamination.

They only fry the fries so there’s no cross contamination. To be extra careful if you’re really sensitive ask to change gloves if they touched a bun. When I ordered a lettuce wrap they asked was it diet or allergy and I said allergy.

They always do a great job with changing their gloves down the line. It always makes me feel better when I can watch. Lol. They’re always very kind and friendly and accommodating. The fries are delicious kind of a bummer there’s no buns but if you load up that Berger its pretty good.

The place was difficult to find. I called to ask for directions from a store nearby. No one at the restaurant could give me directions. They just left the phone off the hook. When we finally found the restaurant, we walked in to the counter and asked if they had gluten free buns? NO! We asked if the fries were gluten free? NO! We said, “Thanks but no thanks,” and departed. I would not recommend this location for 5 Guys to the gluten free community.

I have Celiac and this Five Guys is one of my go to fast food places. I order a cheeseburger all the way with a lettuce wrap and the fries are gluten free. I have never been "glutinized" at this location. They are very careful.

Have gotten sick each time we’ve tried Five Guys. The teenager at the front was absolutely NOT trained in GF at all and didn’t know anything. That was the last time we have tried them. At least train the low knowledge teens at the front please!
