Their burgers are good. They have no bun or lettuce wrap option. Their fries are just potatoes, no flour. Very tasty.

Great experience, if you’re hungry for a burger! It is definitely the messiest burger I have eaten (because it’s wrapped in lettuce) BUT it was delicious. Also they’re fries are GF :)

Delicious Burgers and fries! I would give it 5 stars if they had a gluten free bun. They are super kind and catered all my needs

Can I give a negative star?! Went for lunch specifically stated GLUTEN FREE, cashier had no idea what that was...that's ok she asks a manager. I order I received my burger on a bun--NOT GLUTENFREE AT ALL! I explain and was told another 10 minutes to remake...2 minutes later they hand me my GLUTENFREE food. No way in heck so I spent over 12$ on zip! Tossed it in the trash. The manager was not helpful at all. First and last visit

They have always been great when dealing with my gluten allergy. They always ask before hand if it is an allergy & always change gloves.
Burger in lettuce wrap or bowl with toppings and French fries.

Excellent food. Bun-less burgers and fries are safe (dedicated GF fryer). Reliable and delicious. Staff is careful to avoid cross-contamination.

I appreciate that they always ask if my lettuce wrapped order is an allergy. Fries are the only thing in the fryer, so no worries about cross contamination.

I’ve gone three times in two months and it’s been great every time. I tell them “allergy warning, I have celiac’s”. I order mine on lettuce (they do a really great job at wrapping the burger in lettuce), with everything on it.
I then inform them that my spouse would like a normal bacon burger on a bun. The staff has always reassured me and I hear them tell each other “allergy!” while cooking. They’ve always put my burger in a different bag marked “***ALLERGY***” and there was a red sticker on the tin foil of my burger.
If you’ve never been to a Five Guys, they have a very limited menu of just burgers (bacon, cheese, or plain) in three sizes, French fries (plain or Cajun), and milkshakes.
The only gluten items on the menu are the buns and malt. The chocolate shakes do not automatically come malted, so there’s never been a worry for me there.
