Changed gloves, wrapped burger in lettuce, dedicated fryer for fries. I did not get sick and it tasted great!
Good food, was hesitant at first but didn’t get sick. Happy overall
Staff made it seem like it wasn’t a big deal which was nice

Celiac safe. Gluten free fries! No GF bun, but will wrap in lettuce or serve in bowl.

Great. Go out of their way to be safe. Just wish they had a Gluten Free bun!

the employees seemed to try hard not to cross contaminate 😁
Over the top service to accommodate Celiac and after reading "Ians" review, I can finish eating my cheeseburger without fear! :)
My wife has Celiac and this is one of the only places we've repeatedly gone to in town that hasn't gotten her sick. The employees here have been trained and know how to prevent cross contamination.

Excellent food. Bun-less burgers and fries are safe (dedicated GF fryer). Reliable and delicious. Staff is careful to avoid cross-contamination.

I appreciate that they always ask if my lettuce wrapped order is an allergy. Fries are the only thing in the fryer, so no worries about cross contamination.

I’ve gone three times in two months and it’s been great every time. I tell them “allergy warning, I have celiac’s”. I order mine on lettuce (they do a really great job at wrapping the burger in lettuce), with everything on it.
I then inform them that my spouse would like a normal bacon burger on a bun. The staff has always reassured me and I hear them tell each other “allergy!” while cooking. They’ve always put my burger in a different bag marked “***ALLERGY***” and there was a red sticker on the tin foil of my burger.
If you’ve never been to a Five Guys, they have a very limited menu of just burgers (bacon, cheese, or plain) in three sizes, French fries (plain or Cajun), and milkshakes.
The only gluten items on the menu are the buns and malt. The chocolate shakes do not automatically come malted, so there’s never been a worry for me there.
