Ordering “sans bun” is NO WAY to remain GF. They do not have dedicated cook / working spaces. And ordering a burger or dog without the bun is just not the same.
They had a lettuce wrap option. The person taking my order asked if my lettuce wrap was a preference or an allergy. When he yelled for my burger Patty he made sure to for lettuce wrap for allergy and the people making the burgers repeated for allergy. So I was 100% confidence they heard him. The manager then came out and watched them make it properly. Fries are made in a fry only friolator. No celiac reaction at all. So can confidently say there was no cross contamination during my visit.
