They had some familiarity with gluten restrictions. I told them I had an allergy and asked them to prep the burger on a separate surface. She also said she’d change her gloves before prepping.
Ordering “sans bun” is NO WAY to remain GF. They do not have dedicated cook / working spaces. And ordering a burger or dog without the bun is just not the same.

Easy to stay gf, just get a burger without the bun, I do a lettuce wrap which worked out great. Fries are done in a dedicated gluten free fryer, because there are no other fried foods. Burgers are awesome. I recommend an extra patty, better to have more protein than bun.
The cashier knew what celiac was and yelled allergy to the kitchen and had allergy written on the ticket.
They had a lettuce wrap option. The person taking my order asked if my lettuce wrap was a preference or an allergy. When he yelled for my burger Patty he made sure to for lettuce wrap for allergy and the people making the burgers repeated for allergy. So I was 100% confidence they heard him. The manager then came out and watched them make it properly. Fries are made in a fry only friolator. No celiac reaction at all. So can confidently say there was no cross contamination during my visit.
I was so exited to have this as an option. The 1st time I tried it I did not get glutened. But my second time I did.
I've eaten here several time and have never had any issues. I order the cheese burger with a lettuce wrap. The service is excellent, very considerate and friendly.
