they had nothing gluten free. they offered a lettuce wrap but couldn't guarantee it to be gluten free. the staff were nice but had no clue about gf.

The only fried food they serve is French fries, so those are gluten free.
You can get a burger with a lettuce wrap instead of bread. If you mention you are celiac, they take proper precautions.

Solid chain with tasty fries that are GF - order the burger with a lettuce wrap. Order at counter fast food chain that is step above other fast burgers in terms of quality.

Dedicated gluten-free fryer (the only ingredients that go into their fryer are potatoes and peanut oil)! Staff is knowledgeable and will make sure to change gloves for your order if asked. Buns are grilled on one side of their grill, and burgers on the other and you can easily have a lettuce wrap or a salad instead of a bun.

We stopped by to use the restroom and kids wanted some fries. we asked the staff about GF options. The first employee had no information/idea about it. But then a second employee came to give us the allergens list and explained that their fries are always GF. We ordered fries and everything was fine

I had a craving for fries and found this place in the FMGF app. Seriously some good fries! I asked the person behind the counter if they had gluten free fries, she looked at me as she didn’t understand what I was asking. Then I rephrased, asking if they had a fries-dedicated fryer, and she confirmed yes. I like that they have an open kitchen so we’re able to watch they prepare the food.

We decided to try 5 Guys on Eagle Rd again on a non busy evening. Unfortunately the order taking cashier was literally as uneducated as I’ve seen a human in YEARS! When his manager came over to help place the order after a brief scary moment of deer in the headlights, she ended up helping him place the order correctly in the computer. Unfortunately, I don’t think the staff is trained for celiac safe because of the stomachache I have this morning. I rate 5 Guys NOT safe for celiac unless you have proper order protocol memorized and a staff educated in protocol. Eating out lately in Idaho is proving unsafe.

Great experience we have four people with celiac disease felt safe eating here. They ask if it’s an allergy and do everything separately.
