This location does not have gluten free buns. Only lettuce wraps. Gave them a 1 star because- is not available and the people were nice.
Friendly people but not safe at all. Watched the guy make and touch buns and use the gloves to grab fries to put into the fryer with his hands do not eat here if you have celiac
The staff was AWESOME about the allergy order. Had one worker complete the order, with fresh gloves to start. They put it in a separate bag and put our fries in that bag, as to not cross contaminate them. Super great feeling to feel safe!

They change gloves upon request and the fries are separate so can be eaten! I haven’t had any issues eating here
Normally Five Guys fries are gluten free and there is no contamination issue. However we watched the employee touch the buns then put his same gloved hands into the fries-contaminating them. When we approached said employee for a refund because of having celiac he gave very poor customer service with an attitude. Not a celiac safe location and horrible customer service.

The only gluten in the whole place is the buns (grilled separately from the meat) and the (optional) Cajun Fry spice. Lettuce wraps have lotsa lettuce, more than most burger places. I did not get sick.
Always a great, safe experience. Staff are trained to change gloves and have one employee handle the order if you specify lettuce wrap, allergy. Fries are safe too.
Great burgers and they really lettuce wrap them well! I rarely have issues with it falling apart. Dedicated fryers and a fantastic allergy protocol (announcement for gf order and immediate wiping of tables and entire staff changing gloves). Never gotten sick here!
Staff at this location is well trained on "allergy prep" procedures. Had a great experience thanks to their precautions. I ordered a lettuce wrapped burger and they changed gloves, cleaned the prep area, and put my burger in a separate bag from the rest of the party's. And of course, the safe bag o' fries was the cherry on top! I won't hesitate to go back.
Ordered a bunless burger and was immediately asked if it was an allergy or preference, which was comforting. The manager made my burger and packed it separately from my husband’s burger with bun.
