Only gluten here are the buns. Have fries here without issue. My favorite fries. Can do lettuce in place of bun. Never an issue from the fries.

I have ordered twice from here without issue. Each time I ordered, the staff was careful to note "gluten allergy" on my order and change their gloves. Be sure to order the lettuce wrapped burger instead of a bun. The staff also repeats back your order in detail so you can catch if something is off. I also saw that the burgers and buns are cooked/heated on seperate areas of the grill. The only items cooked in the fryers are the fries, so it is a dedicated fryer by default. To be dairy-free, just order the plain patty without cheese. I am pleased with this location.

Excellent food. Bun-less burgers and fries are safe (dedicated GF fryer). Reliable and delicious. Staff is careful to avoid cross-contamination.

I appreciate that they always ask if my lettuce wrapped order is an allergy. Fries are the only thing in the fryer, so no worries about cross contamination.

I’ve gone three times in two months and it’s been great every time. I tell them “allergy warning, I have celiac’s”. I order mine on lettuce (they do a really great job at wrapping the burger in lettuce), with everything on it.
I then inform them that my spouse would like a normal bacon burger on a bun. The staff has always reassured me and I hear them tell each other “allergy!” while cooking. They’ve always put my burger in a different bag marked “***ALLERGY***” and there was a red sticker on the tin foil of my burger.
If you’ve never been to a Five Guys, they have a very limited menu of just burgers (bacon, cheese, or plain) in three sizes, French fries (plain or Cajun), and milkshakes.
The only gluten items on the menu are the buns and malt. The chocolate shakes do not automatically come malted, so there’s never been a worry for me there.
