First, I should complement the employees because they did do the best that they could with what they had available. The young man was so kind, and really listened. But I think if you’re not experienced working with cross contamination, it’s just about impossible to avoid it. It would probably really be really good if I could have put some sauce on my burger or fries, but everything contains cross contaminated ingredients, like soy and high fructose, corn syrup, and dairy. If you’re not sensitive, this could be a good place for you. I only came here because of my coworkers as a compromise, but not so great for me in the end.

Very knowledgeable about GF allergy and notified cooks beforehand. Never had a problem eating here and love they have a dedicate fryer since they only fry French fries.

Safe for me, wish they had gf buns but the lettuce wrap is good. Will change gloves when you ask.

They are very knowledgeable and take all precautions needed. They will change their gloves for you. Was never into a lettuce wrapped burger until now. Haven’t tried the fries yet but would love to do so.

As of this review, the only items that go in the fryer are fresh cut potatoes (fries), so those are safe. Hamburger patties are quality, no filler beef. I either choose a lettuce wrap or just the patties, as they do not offer gf buns, which is ok with me.

Always get burger in a bowl (mention it’s for an allergy, even though it’s celiac disease) and the fries are safe since they only fry fries there. 👍

We’ve eaten here multiple times and my daughter has never had any symptoms. We inform them of the gluten allergy at the register. Plain burger or on lettuce available as gf option, fries are great
