I eat here all the time and they take allergies very seriously. Gloves change and gluten free fryer!

I have never had an issue with a 5 Guys until today. Thankfully I caught it. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger bowl. They put my fries in with my son’s meal and the mayo had bread crumbs in it. I told them I had celiacs and they put those notes in. I know it’s a chain and a toss up. But be careful with eating here.
**1/28/25- The district manager called and profusely apologized for the incident and has vowed to make it right. He will be speaking to his staff and fixing any of these issues and takes allegro seriously.
When I requested no bun, the young lady working asked if it was an allergy. Asked if I wanted a bowl or lettuce wrap. She also let the cook know right away. He then changed his gloves when making and prepping my meal. We also had fries. Great service!!
Always consistent tell them to follow their gluten free protocol and if eating with persons that are not gluten free have the fries placed in a separate bag
Not up to par with other five guys allergen protocols. Witnessed people making burgers and hot dogs having touched bread then placed their hands in raw fries and spread gluten. Very sad. Glad I was watching them make my order. Five guys typically has a dedicated fry person but not here.
Great burger bowls and killer boardwalk style fries. They are very careful here about cross contact, and even though this is a fast food chain this location knows what it is doing-
