Fries are safe (only thing that's fried). Ordered a lettuce wrapped cheeseburger. Didn't get sick. Will go here again
They used to work really hard to keep cross-contamination to a minimum. They have stopped caring now. The last three times I have gone (yes I keep trying because I love their food stupid me, but not any more) I have watched them touch the buns and then touch the lettuce that I needed for my lettuce wrap. Twice I threw the food away. I should have thrown it away all three times.

Fries, yumm! One person was new, but fetched the ingredients list for allergens. Another stepped in to confirm. He changed gloves before scooping up my fries. I thanked him and he felt good about it,too. 😊 Thank you Five Guys! And team.
They've done great for me thus far!! They are super diligent on changing gloves and not cross handling. Great to be able to have a good lettuce wrapped burger nearby!
they put special instructions on your order. share verbally with the staff. able to choose lettuce wrap or in a bowl. nothing but fries go in the fryer. yummy. I have Celiac with a severe reaction and never been sick.
The employees were so nice! I told them I had a Gluten Allergy and they were more than happy to accommodate me! My lettuce wrap came in a separate bag and they wiped down the counters before making my burger. Love that the fries have their own fryer too!!!

This place is pretty cool but most people just go to in-n-out now so it is not that busy but it is a chain so be careful. I haven’t gotten sick here yet but that doesn’t mean you won’t. I haven’t seen any cross contamination. Have fun and I recommend the bacon burger because it is super good.
Asked if I had an allergy before I could ask even half my usual questions. They do lettuce wraps!
Five Guys was great, very tasty as always and no reaction. They communicated my allergy (celiac) to the team, who took care to make my husband and I’s food carefully.
This was one of my fiancée’s favorite places before getting diagnosed, and she’s continued to enjoy it without any reaction. I’m not sure if they have GF bread because she prefers a burger bowl over GF bun. They always put her burger in a special aluminum container to keep track of her order, and she gets her Cajun fries like normal
They have lettuce wraps and their fries are the only thing that goes in the fryer!
