The owner assured me that all of the fried items were fried in a corn flour, and that no wheat products were fried in the same fryer. She said that the only wheat items on the menu were the noodles and wraps, and those did not get fried. For all other dishes, if you request gf they will substitute in tamari for soy sauce. We had the green beans, heat seeker shrimp, and sesame tofu. The food was delicious.
