Flanigan's Seafood Bar and Grill

My waiter was very friendly and checked to see if the chips in the nachos were gluten free, and they were!! There was not gluten free bread but I got the blackened tilapia sandwich with no bread and used the lettuce as a bun and it was very good.

The ribs are excellent and are gf. The black beans and rice is excellent and is gf. The cole slaw is delicious and is gf. They have fish options, salads and prime rib as well. The menu isn’t marked gf, but you can find the information online. Our waiter checked with the kitchen when placing my order just to double check that it was gluten free. Have been many times and have never had a problem.

When I asked the waitress if they had a gluten free menu she simply replied no and walked away and did not offer any assistance in what meals I could or could not eat. The Restaraunt definitely needs to update their menu to be gf friendly
