They can make any pancake GF. They were very clear that they can't garrantee no cross contamination. So be cautious eating here if you are very sensitive. My GF pancake were yummy.
I ordered naturally GF food (the egg breakfast - scrambled egg, bacon, hash browns). Food was good but smaller portions than I expected. Not the best breakfast I've ever eaten but the good was acceptable. I mentioned that I could not have gluten at all and was assured it wouldn't be near anything with gluten but it was unclear if she actually marked my order as GF.

I got the gluten sensitive pancakes, and they do cook it in the same area as the other pancakes, but the waitress told me they would clean the area for me and change their gloves. The pancakes were delicious!

I had the gluten sensitive chocolate chip pancakes! They were amazing and my waitress was very knowledgeable. She even checked the syrups and chocolate syrup.

My husband and son both have celiac disease. My son was really happy with his bear pancakes with chocolate chips. My husband did not enjoy his blueberry pancakes, they were very dry. They were both fine eating here and were not glutened. I really enjoyed my omelet.

Gluten free pancakes and waffles are available but not on the menu. No gluten free menu available. Very expensive for what it was. Husband was able to eat there without getting sick.
great pancakes! will definitely come back!

I’m happy with the options. I got mixed berry gluten free pancakes (so good) and the ham and cheese skillet (just okay). I’m gluten intolerant but I don’t think I’d eat here if I was a sensitive celiac. No specific gluten free menu. I’m gonna attach a photo of their allergen menu since I couldn’t find it online. :) If you screenshot it, you can zoom in more.

My husband and I went here for breakfast on a Thursday around 9 am. We were seated immediately. This is a great place for families with a fireplace in the middle creating a cozy ambiance. We discovered during our stay that Flapjacks is a chain with multiple locations in the area. My husband had the chocolate chip pancakes. I had bacon, eggs, and gluten free pancakes. This restaurant has gluten friendly waffles also. They do provide a chart with allergen information but gluten free is not noted on the menu. We thought the food was average for breakfast fare. My GF pancakes were huge and a little bit dry but still tasty. I also requested my bacon crispy but it came out chewy. Still, overall a hearty meal and the service was good!

Couldn’t order any breakfast because it is all cross contaminated. I don’t recommend eating here.

They were able to make any of their pancakes gluten free and the waiter was knowledgeable about what else was gluten free on the menu. That being said, I got eggs and blueberry pancakes. The eggs were dry and the pancakes were just okay. I asked for maple syrup and he said he wasn't sure if they had that, which I thought was weird, but he did bring it out. It's been a few hours and I feel fine, I knew I was taking a risk being CC, but I told him I had celiac and I would appreciate it if they were extra careful.

Disclaimer: To those of you that are hyper sensitive to cross contamination this place is not for you.
There was a little bit of a wait but it was worth it! Soon after we were seated the waitress brought over a skillet with their fritters (on the house)— to which my fiancé and I both contemplated whether we should accept them as I told her that my fiancé couldn’t have them because of the gluten. She apologized and said she’d also bring out an order of their candied bacon and explained what was on it. (VERY DELICIOUS! Yes I had one…)
They made sure to serve his GF pancakes first. My fiancé says “They were huge! It wasn’t like regular gluten free foods which are tiny in comparison. They were even bigger than the regular pancakes.”
Overall they were accommodating, the staff was very friendly and the food was yummy! I am posting this 8 hours after eating and he is alive and well! Would definitely recommend and come again.
