Review of Flapjacks Pancake Cabin

One of the reasons many may be getting sick at this place when having a gluten free waffle or pancake is the fact that the syrup is NOT gluten free. I had my server check. This is ridiculous. I have already contacted Collier Restaurant Group (the owner of Flapjacks) regarding this. I'm hoping they will take it seriously. I would gladly pay an up charge for real maple syrup. This is unacceptable - it's like peanut butter without jelly, Cheerios without milk! I gotta have syrup on my pancake or waffle! So disappointed I couldn't have a waffle. Let this be a warning to everyone to inquire about the syrup!
