I’ve eaten at this location twice- just a pepperoni pizza for me. I highly recommend the lemonade made with maple syrup.

The first time I ordered at the bar for a to-go. They reassured me everything was in a separate part of the kitchen and does not cross with their other food. The pizza comes out on its own aluminum tray so you know the bottom didn’t touch the bottom of their oven. That one was good but they forgot my ranch on the side.

The second experience was also good but the pizza was a little soggy.. it was also towards the end of the day on a Saturday… but they ran out of ranch. 😭😭

i had a bad experience but it could have just been an off night. we ordered drinks and then come to find out, they were out of their gf crust, so i was stuck with a salad. but hey, i’m used to it. food took forever but again, could have been an off night. my salad was fine.

This is now called American Flatbread. The GF pizza we had was a little undercooked but had a great flavor & the toppings were very fresh. I was relieved to find somewhere that’s open during our winter trip & that has such great food.

This pizza was one of the best gf pizzas I’ve ever had! I got the Jay’s Heart in a small (which is basically a margarita pizza) and I ate all of it. A lot of Maine locals were there so you know it had to be good. Apparently the gf pizza was even better than the regular pizza according to my fam! Even came out on a separate disposable pan. Staff seemed aware of my needs. Definitely check this place out! Eating there a second night in a row tonight :)

GF Pizza was safe but was not a great pizza in terms of sauce and toppings. And, service was not good.

Server was knowledgeable. Pizza was cooked on a disposable pan to prevent cross contamination. Had their special veggie pizza with a cream cheese sauce. Unbelievably good!

Also went at an off time so it wasn’t super busy. The prepared my pizza in a disposable pan & baked it in the brick oven. I did not have any issues. It had a nice thin crust & truly was a delicious pizza! It did cost $5 more to have the gluten free crust. The gluten free crust also only comes in one size.

We went when it wasn’t super busy, so there wasn’t a lot of flour flying around. The gluten free pizzas are cooked on their own disposable pan in the same oven but they were aware of my diagnosis and were very knowledgeable.

I came here for lunch today and had the BEST gluten free pizza I’ve ever eaten. Normally I hate GF pizza because I don’t like the standard crust that most restaurants use, but after reading a few reviews I decided to give this one a try. I was extremely pleased!! The crust reminded me of regular pizza; it was the perfect texture. The sauce and cheese on the pizza were delicious too. The pizza was also cooked on a separate, disposable aluminum tray to reduce the risk of cross contamination. I would definitely recommend this place and would come back here again for sure!!

I’ve been to many flatbread companies in New England and they’re all great! Love the toppings, and the gf pizza is cooked and served on its own foil tray. Been to this location multiple times and have never had an issue. All of the waitresses I’ve had were knowledgeable as well.

It's a pizza place with an open kitchen so there is definitely flour around, but they have a totally separate oven for the gf pizza, waitress seemed knowledgeable, I didn't get sick, and it tasted good!

They have an extensive menu of flatbreads which really look more like pizzas. Any of them can be made gluten free for an upcharge. When I told them I have Celiacs she assured me they would make it in a separate pan in a different oven downstairs. The flatbreads that came out were amazing! It wasn’t the traditional gluten free pizza crust I’ve become accustomed to at many pizza places. This one was chewy and reminded me of what pizza used to taste like! They also offer gluten free desserts and ciders. We will be back!
