Flatire Burgers

really awful overall experience. I was sort of fed up with how lousy the service always is when i discovered that this place overcharged my card by more than double. So the last time I went was AFTER they robbed me but before I discovered the theft. The burger was left at the bar bc it was takeout. NO bartender for more than five minutes. Finally I had to hunt someone down. Turns out they had my bagged burger behind the bar the whole time and when I got it the thing was cold. The fries were cold too. There was no ketchup or anything else I had requested on line. The place is like bad service posterchild. And about the overcharge? The fracking general manager or somebody decided what they would refund me and it was NOT enough. This place blows. I am not from Edmond so I was willing to overpay for mediocre food until all this happened. NOW i'll never spend another dime in this joint.

First they knew what Celiac was so that’s a plus. Worked with me and got a wonderful meal with no issues. Seemed to understand cross contamination and offered gf buns by Udi’s.

Their hamburgers are great! And, the service was excellent. The server was very knowledgeable about celiacs and what was gluten free.

Their gluten free buns are SO GOOD and they hold up very well. They have poppy seeds so they aren’t your standard Udi’s buns although I’m not sure where they are from. Waiter was knowledgeable enough to make me feel safe and I did not get sick (I do not have Celiac.) The only thing I wish they would improve is the drink selection - only 1 gluten free cider and it’s Angry Orchard (gag.)
