They decided not to have a gluten free menu anymore, said it wasn't cost effective. Waitress just said, we can substitute a gf bun for regular buns or gf crust for pizzas.

Nostalgic for me, felt like a delightful neighborhood eatery. The food was fabulous,the Flaitiron steak was cooked to perfection and melted in my mouth!! The service was outstanding, So friendly, again they made you feel at home and very accommodating with gluten-free ❤ Highly recommend, don’t miss out😀 I had no issues with gluten from eating their delicious food.

I went back a second time on trip to Colorado Springs, loved the salmon, but you have to try the Lemon Pound cake prepared gluten free on site, awesome, want to take a whole cake back home with me.

Flatiron's is delicious and have had absolute no problems for my celiac brother and mom

Wow!! Best experience with food and service we have received in a long time!! LOGAN was the best waiter, very funny and helpful with the Gluten Free menu!! He could answer all my questions and took my allergy very seriously. All the steak dinners were amazing and cooked to perfection! The Au Gratin potatoes were to die for!! I also loved the Gluten Free Lemon pound cake, very good!! We were in Colorado on vacation and will return if we are ever back in the area!

Changing my review again. I normally don't give people second chances but I have had zero problems here the last 5 times or so. thank you for stepping it up 👍

My wife and I eat here at least twice a month, and she has never had an issue with gluten or cross contamination. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about gluten. Idk why they have so many bad reviews. I love the food, but I eat the stuff with gluten in it. The wife is happy eating there and that's what counts.

The staff was rude, the food was mediocre, the interior was shabby and unclean-looking, and the kitchen (they sat us right in front of the kitchen door) was a mess. The server did let me know everything he put on the table that was unsafe for me, but, as others have asked, why put food that is not celiac-safe on the gluten-free menu?

Server was knowledgable about celiac and gluten free. However, the kitchen must not be. I got very sick. Will not return here to eat again.

I eat here regularly and have never had any issues with gluten. Pretty good options and they give a gf discount once a week.

I have gluten sensitivity and I have never had a problem eating here. My husband gets to order from the normal menu and I order off the gluten free menu with no problems. Everyone is happy. I think I have tried just about everything on the gluten free menu and there is nothing I don't like. The gluten free buns always taste fresh. I do ask for the buns not to be toasted because they are toasted is the same place as the regular breads. Again I have never had a problem eating here. Most of the time the waiters see I have the gluten free menu and I don't even get a chance to tell them about my allergies before they let me know they we will careful with my food. This place is amazing and it's decently priced for a sit down restaurant.

Good size menu of options. Had Cougar salad and was refreshing.

I had high hopes when the server gave us the separate gluten free menus, but then when I ordered the artichoke dip, he tells me the chips with it are fried in the same oil as gluten items. I asked why they, and the nachos were on the menu, then, and he replied "because they don't have any gluten IN them, they just might have a little gluten ON them." Seriously? Also, the fries are not safe, same reason. So, they're gf menu has items on it that are not gf, but they think it's ok because they don't have gluten IN them, just a little cross contamination. We will never eat there again.

We heard they had a new gluten free menu. Went to check it out. I gotta say they have a very good GF menu with all the options you would want.

They had nice options.

Had a steak & potato off the GF menu with baby green beans and carrots. Everything was fresh and very good. Waitress was knowledgeable about GF and she was happy to assist.
