While the menu at Flax & Kale has clearly marked allergens, please note that they do not guarantee against cross-contamination. While I understand that most, if not all, restaurants will not guarantee anything for legal reasons, when I asked if they could take measures to protect against cross-contamination such as washing hands, changing gloves, cleaning the grill, using a new pan and utensils, etc., they repeated that they could not guarantee against cross-contamination and that if I needed cross-contamination-free food to visit the Flax & Kale Passage location. As I'm sensitive to cross-contamination, I did not feel comfortable eating at this location.

Good for GF, but certainly not the place for people with IBS or on FODMAP diet. I asked for adjustments to my dish (take out shiitake and spring onion) - the kitchen were not able to accommodate. So I ordered a salad, but it came drenched in garlic vinaigrette. The GF bread was delicious, but would not go there again.

Love it here, try terace in the first floor. I had tacos with pork jackfruit and it was amazing (17.95 EUR), one of the best tacos I ve ever had.

Awesome food and a great variety of GF options! Service was a bit rushed though and not the best

Fresh clean options! Had a delicious salad with grilled salmon and taco on the side. I’m in Barcelona for the week I’ll definitely be back!

Had a wonderful experience and great gluten free stuff. Tried Teresa ‘s gluten free salad and Mini pizza. Patty was very welcoming and Khurram took good care of me on the table.

I don’t know if this is a change from previous reviews but this is a 100% GF restaurant! Vegetarian and dairy free as well. They have fish. Great options, good service, worry Fred meal for me!
