Our server went over all the options (even though they publish a gf menu). She even offered to bring an iPad with the gf menu to discuss what was ok. My dining partner is G sensitive, and our server knew that from the reservation I made. Very impressed. Our dinner was phenomenal, and will be back on our return to Charleston.

Food was great but this is the sickest I’ve ever gotten from a place on this app. Had the creamy crab dip and pork nacho options. I was in bed about to throw up for 1/2 a day of our vacation.

Alexandria was our sever and she was amazing! She made sure that the kitchen knew about my wheat allergy and told me about the gf menu. I had the blue crab dip with tortilla chips as an appetizer, Mahi Mahi with the lemon garlic sauce, pimento cheese grits, and green beans for entree, and creme brulee for dessert. Everything was amazing and I didn't get sick at all.

Food was pretty good, but I had a reaction. I don’t think they were careful with cross contamination.

Just ate here today! The waiter I personally had was knowledgeable and told me that the gluten free sides were tomatoes & cucumber, collared greens, I think grits and another thing he even said. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich with no bun and actually had brought my own bun (Schar roll) and made a fantastic sandwich for myself! Was very happy and so far it’s been 5 hours and I feel fine!

We went for lunch because they were highly recommended on this app and a local. We walked awhile, we had a 30 min wait and a small lunch menu. I asked what sides are GF (none mentioned online) and response was definitely Pasta salad but unsure of the rest. The steamed shrimp are marked GF but not Celiac (they are steamed in beer, so really neither). So, I ordered a plain burger with green beans. Not good.

I had a wonderful experience despite them being short staffed. The waitress, I wish I remembered her name, understood the tables seafood allergy and my celiac.
I had the chicken sandwich (no bun) with green beans. My only complain would be that they could offer a bun but I personally prefer it bunless.

GF menu had a small but nice variety of options. Wait staff very knowledgeable. Make your reservation because they usual have a wait. Great atmosphere! We ate outside; one of the only waterfront eateries in Charleston. Also thought prices were really reasonable. Made for a great date night with hubby.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. This place was phenomenal. My server had celiac herself (and advised against the shared fryer) and the staff was extremely knowledgeable about cross contamination and gf practices. There’s a gf menu (and specials menu) that’s extensive and overwhelming in comparison to the norm. I had the mahi mahi special with my server’s recommendation: low country grits with cheddar cheese melted on top. I will live the rest of my life dreaming about them. Run, do not walk - make sure you get a reservation ahead of time!

Sooo good. I had the special for the day - a grilled swordfish with the lemon dill shallot butter. The two sizes were green beans and low country grits. The grits were so good. I ate everything and wanted to lick the butter off the plate.
I had the cold crab dip appetizer and the waiter brought me a celery they use in bloody Mary’s š because the tortilla chips are made in a shared fryer.

I got the blackened tilapia, mashed potatoes, and green beans. The mashed potatoes do contain milk. Our server was great and very knowledgeable about allergies. The crème brûlée is also gluten free but contains dairy. They have a separate gluten free menu!

Excellent service and good quality. gF marked on menu. Except steer clear of the shrimp boil that says GF but cooked in beerš¤¦š»ā. Had the blackened fish special with dirty rice. Delish.

Overpriced, limited options. They seemed kind of knowledgeable about celiac, but you can’t eat the shrimp at all because of the way they prepare it

Great salad with chicken which was exactly what I wanted. The server was very knowledgeable about celiac. Good choice. Nice views of the water.

They have a gluten free menu posted online - some items are even marked as gluten free but not celiac safe. However, what isn’t marked as celiac safe is the fried items. But our server alerted us to the shared frier right when we mentioned celiac. I had the Signature Burger which had pimento cheese and bacon and grits on the side. Also the order did come out of the kitchen with fried onions on top and the server immediately noticed, took it back, and returned with a fresh one. I’ve had no reaction at all.

Separate GF menu. Food was delicious. Bummed that there is no separate fryer for some of the fried options but still enjoyed it. Had oysters for starter and then swordfish special with grits and collards.

Went to Fleet Landing last night for dinner after seeing great reviews on find me gluten free. I am a Celiac and also have a fish with fin, and dairy allergy. The waiter was very knowledgeable and helpful with safe options. My dinner was amazing! Will definitely add this to the list when visiting Charleston again!

Dined 4/30/2021. Ordered Catch of the day shrimp, asparagus, and fries. Delicious, knowledgeable server. I'm GF and DF. No issues. Good service, outdoor dining, servers wore masks. Recommended! (note: no dessert options for me however)

We went to Fleet Landing mainly for the view but it was still good food overall. I had the shrimp, grits and green beans. All were good. I wasn’t thrilled with the green beans as they were plain and unseasoned, but other than that, if you are celiac, you can’t go wrong here. Easy place to find gluten free options.

Staff was knowledgeable about gf menu. The sandwiches are all without bun. I had the hamburger with pimento cheese and mixed grilled vegetables. Very tasty! Bonus...you can dolphin watch from tour table.

Best Meal I had while visiting Charleston! We sat at the bar and the three guys tending it were knowledgeable, took my celiac seriously, asked good questions. I was impressed! Plus the meal was truly delicious.
Yes
They do have a gf menu BUT it was literally the normal sandwich menu without the bread. There is gd bread and buns so I’m not sure why they don’t just use those.
Yes
They had a separate gf menu and I went specifically to try the steamed shrimp, but I asked if they used beer in the water & the waitress had to ask the chef - they did. I was disappointed but more concerned that others may not know to ask & suggested they at least mark that on the menu (they seemed to think the steaming process boils off the beer ??? I’ve gotten sick at another place from that & know better now). Anyhow ended up ordering the blackened triggerfish and a side salad, pretty tasty but I wouldn’t go there just for that. Its a great location on the water with a view though. The service was pretty friendly, the waitress seemed rushed at first but did take my celiac concerns seriously and the manager came over to apologize about the shrimp. I didn’t get sick (& I always do if there’s gluten), so I’d say it’s celiac safe if you don’t order the steamed shrimp
Yes
I ordered the pan seared tilapia with veggies and it was amazing. Perfectly cooked and no reaction. AMAZING
Yes
My only complaint is they only had about 6 options on their GF menu. I’m also dairy free so that limited me even more. But the food we did order was wonderful. I got the seared tilapia. Most everything on the appetizer options was not available to me. Nice server and very understanding about my needs
Had a gluten free menu with mostly seafood options but they did have steak. I’m not a seafood fan but my husband is. I had steak, potatoes and green beans which was all very good. The staff made me feel very confident about eating there. If you like seafood then this is a great place right on the beach.
Yes
Waiter was very good about letting me know what was and wasn’t gluten free. Food was just okay.
Yes
The food here is good and I've never had a reaction BUT I've had terrible experiences with the wait staff. The first time, the waiter brought me red rice, which he had told me was not GF. When I mentioned I couldn't eat it, he took it back, took off the rice from the plate and brought it back. I'm very sensitive so I told him I would need a new plate since the fish touched the rice. He rolled his eyes and insisted the fish was fine. When he finally took my plate back after some insisting on my part he snatched it away and went and had my fish remade. The next time I was at this restaurant I made sure to say to the waiter I was celiac and asked him to let the kitchen know. He was very rude and informed me he knew what he was doing.
If you're ok standing your own and insisting you get safe food you will get safe food. But it's not worth the hoops in my opinion.
Great gluten free menu - several seafood choices and steak with homemade sauces. I had shrimp with a butter dill sauce that was outstanding!! Must try!
Great gluten free options. Fresh seafood and great views.
Yes
Had a gluten free menu but listed some options as sandwiches with (no bread) in parentheses which made me feel like there was something to be missed. My daughters broiled shrimp arrived with a hush puppy on her plate. They took it back and apologized for their mistake. The food was ok over all. Probably would not go back since I didn't feel there was any interesting options for us. šš

I don't eat seafood but the view and atmosphere here was worth trying some. The sever took great care of us. Super knowledgeable and fun! I actually had fish he recommended and it was okay in my books and I never order fish. Would go back!
Gf menu. Good variety of appetizers, main dishes and sides. Good knowledge of the hostess and wait staff.
Yes
Gluten free menu. My waitress wasn't super knowledgeable (she asked me if I could eat French fries) but I had a burger with no bun and a side of tomatoes and cucumber. It was very good!
