Our waiter was so helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our meal was safe, he even brought the manager over when I was ordering so everyone knew. Another waiter brought me the regular dessert (not gf) and ours came and said something before I could point it out. He immediately took it back and I revived a new one. They were very accommodating, attentive and helpful. This was a fabulous meal and fantastic experience!

They are not a GF facility. All fried foods are unsafe. I ordered fish and chips because the waiter said it was GF When it was delivered the waiter went back to double check and quickly took my plate away. Manager was very apologetic and brought me a salad (no charge) and a huge apology. I appreciated that but of course wished the waiter was more educated
On day 2 of a gluten exposure which started about 24 hours after eating the only meal that day. I’m miserable. This is the 3rd time that I’ve been glutened here and I will not give them any more chances. Cross contamination or inability to follow an order properly at an upscale restaurant with a gluten-free menu is inexcusable. Be careful eating or drinking here (one of the incidents I only ordered a cocktail and they served me whiskey instead of captain morgan). Ridiculous.
Upon my arrival, the server presented me with a gluten free menu! They even brought out a complimentary veggie plate appetizer. The food was phenomenal! The gluten free dessert was delicious too! Highly recommend!
I called ahead and they were prepared for me with a gluten free menu that had many options. The manager came out and assured me she would oversee the kitchen crew. Small hiccup with a kitchen crew member delivering a dish that he wasn’t supposed to and I ate some of the sauce. They addressed the concern and the manager researched the ingredients in their recipe book only to find out I was safe. They comped a lot of dishes and apologized profusely. I felt they genuinely cared and wanted to get it right. Made me feel better about my newly diagnosed celiac disease and special dietary needs that come with it.
This restaurant has a pretty extensive gluten free menu including appetizers, salads, steak, chicken, several sides and dessert! Our waiter was very knowledgeable about the gluten free options. I ordered the Caesar salad without the fried capers or crostini. The salad was delicious. I also ordered the petite filet with Bernais sauce and the Fleming’s potatoes. It was a fantastic meal and I did not get sick afterwards. They had several dessert options but unfortunately I was too full to order any. Next time I definitely will.
I ordered off the gluten free menu and told them I had celiac, but I was feeling sick before our desserts even came. Good food but there is definitely cross contamination or unsafe preparation going on
For the price point I was appalled at this restaurant’s lack of gluten awareness. They did not have a menu said a salad dressing with MSG was not gluten free MSG can be from many different sources. But really? Clearly a bottled dressing. Much better places in Tampa for sure
We had a fantastic dinner there this past weekend. The server was very knowledgeable about Celiac and made sure the kitchen knew it was an allergy so the food could be prepared separately. The steak, Fleming’s potatoes and mushroom were great as was the gf chocolate lava cake! My husband didn’t have any reaction afterwards and he is very sensitive.
We celebrated our Anniversary Sunday eve. Domain location. Everything was perfect. Seasonal salad was delicious. Filet was cooked to perfection with Asparagus on the side to share. Creme Burlee with fruit was very good. Sent us home with 4 gluten free truffles. Anniversary card and rose petals on the table! Top notch service.
Very nice date night restaurant. Takes reservations.Very friendly, kind staff but limited options that are both GF and dairy free. Kid's menu is not very GF/DF friendly and main menu doesn't appeal to most kids.
My son did not do well here on his birthday. He ordered off of the GF menu and got sick even before leaving the restaurant. I am not sure if it was cross contamination. For the rest of us, food tasted good but very expensive. I just can’t justify a meal that expensive when my son couldn’t enjoy his meal. Update: the manager did call me and we went over the ingredients, it does sound like they are doing all possible, so who knows what happened. He did send gift cards for us to try again, which was very kind.
To celebrate an anniversary, we reserved a table at Fleming's. The staff and management were all very careful and attentive to make sure they got our food just the way we needed it to be. However, I was disappointed at how little they offered that was both GF and dairy free. The atmosphere was pleasant and busy on a Friday night.
Their prime rib and mushrooms were very tasty. I had to order the baked potato instead of the other potato choices to be dairy free. They still brought cheese and sour cream for the potato! In my opinion, Fleming's needs to offer more variety in their sides other than potatoes like dishes using squash, gluten free grains like quinoa, and corn. They are a high-end restaurant and ought to offer the high quality of food to match their prices. Overall, it was a good experience, but not as good as I expected.
I have celiac and am very sensitive. I ordered scallops from the GF menu and I had no problem; I did speak about the celiac repeatedly with the server. She said that, because they make everything to order, they are able to avoid cross-contam.
The staff was very friendly and restaurant had a nice atmosphere (wasn't crowded). I had a Flemings salad without crostini which was light, refreshing and a good portion. I had the 12 oz filet mignon and it was not good. Meat was chewy and not of good quality. I was expecting a melt in your mouth filet for the price. I sampled a $20 wine and loved it but when it came as a full glass it didn't taste nearly as good. I didn't feel good after my meal and perhaps it was the peppercorn coating which I was not informed of.
Went here with 3 celiacs and they did a great job at accommodating us all! The manager came out to assure us that our food would not be cross contaminated and he also checked in again after our food was served. Had the sliced filet mignon and it was very delicious!! Highly recommend. Great service and excellent food.
I kept it simple and got a petite filet mignon with grilled asparagus. The mignon was seasoned with just salt and pepper. The food was great and I had zero problems. They also have a gluten free menu.
Pricey meal, but so worth it! I had one of the smaller plate options, the filet mignon and it came with risotto, then I ordered sautéed mushrooms. It was soooooo good! The service is amazing! They really treat you right and know exactly what to do for celiacs!
Told the guy I was gluten free, picked my order up and it had deep fried cheese on it. Tweeted them, they told me to message them. I did, they never responded. Very poor management of a gluten allergy for such an expensive restaurant. Guy on the phone also seemed bored with my questions and gluten allergy.
At their Happy Hour from the bar, I ordered the Tenderloin Carpaccio without crostini and The Prime Burger without the bun or cheese. Since I am allergic to gluten and dairy. I asked for the Carpaccio without the creamy mayo sauce and they put capers on instead. The burger came with shoestring fries, which I tested with my Nima tester. At another location I read online that the fries would likely have cross-contamination issues. When I tested the fries with my Nima tester it showed that trace amounts of gluten was found. Fried Calamari is on the menu, so they probably use the same fryer. Overall the server seemed to be pretty accommodating to my needs. But admittedly the bar was slammed and perhaps she didn't understand that cross-contamination could be an issue. Many servers still don't seem to understand that food preparation is a key to making things Gluten-free and that people who cannot tolerate any amounts of gluten cannot tolerate any sort of cross-contamination. It's always a good idea to always ask about how the food is prepared and ask about potential cross-contamination especially with fried items when ordering. I don't believe the menu listed that the fries were included with the burger either. So be aware of these sorts of surprise sides. Aside from the fries, the rest of what I ordered seemed to not create any allergic reactions. Both dishes tasted delicious, were made from quality ingredients and the price was right considering most items outside of happy hour are about double the price.
Way better than I expected! The other review made me hesitant to go, but I decided to try it out. They did have a one page menu & it had a decent amount of options. You can find their gluten free menu online before you go, and the wait staff seemed fairly knowledgeable about gluten free. Not over the top about accommodating, but they do take an effort in the kitchen not to cross contaminate and keep everything separate as much as possible. I didn't get sick after so I'd go back! But as far as the quality of food and price goes, I didn't think it was worth it. My steak was slightly dry & the potatoes I got on the side were alright, but I would've hoped for something a bit better for the price.
We had some serving issues, but the manager took care of them and made sure we were happy. This was the first place to bring me a veggie plate while the rest of the table had bread. Extremely accommodating and kind. I've loved every experience. They even found a steel cask wine for me.
My favorite chain restaurant steak! Very knowledgeable staff and very attentive.
They have not been perfect though as I have had to send a salad back after it came with fried crispy straws that I was told were not gluten free.
I feel comfortable dining here and I am very sensitive.
