Review of Flip Side

At first things seemed good - when we sat down we asked the waitress about gluten free options and she seemed very knowledgable. She explained that their meat was cooked separate from the buns and the fries were in a dedicated fryer. When we went to order she told us that they don't recommend the fries for people with Celiac, only those with a gluten intolerance. They are either cooked in gluten free oil or they aren't. You can't have it both ways.

I was irritated that they didn't explain this in the first place because I would have gone somewhere else. Instead my 5 year old was stuck eating a piece of grilled chicken for lunch. The chicken was good but not a gluten friends place.
