This has become our go-to for when we’re too tired to cook or have lost control of the day and need dinner. We had pizza from here this week and it was, as usual, delicious. I’ve been told they prepare gf pizza in a separate space, but it is baked in the same oven. If you go, be clear that you have celiac.
The gf pizza crust could be less than good, but I cannot confirm that because I wolfed it down so fast! I had 4 cheese with pepperoni and basil and it was amazing. The flavor is still buzzing around my mouth. The texture if the crust was good. Like I said, I cannot comment on the crust because the pizza as a whole WAS DELICIOUS!!
They have a gluten free pizza crust. I don't know if it is celiac friendly.
Friendly service, but watching the gentleman behind the counter toss fresh pizza and prep my gluten free pizza at the same time was not good. They use the same counters, same racks, same cutter and did not wash hands after slapping dough for fresh pizza. Talked myself into “they must know what they are doing; they have great reviews.” Paying for it today. On the plus side, the pizza was tasty, so if you are not allergic, give them a shot.
Always suspicious of GF pizza in a smaller shared kitchen. Really enjoyed the cauliflower thin crust. Separate clean pan and paper used for the premade crust, and a separate oven used for the GF pizza. Good taste, perfect size for one (about the same as two big NY slices). No reactions, no issues. Great option for a quick bite.
My friend ordered me a gluten free personal pizza and said that they took good care when making my pizza and ensured her they would follow as many safety measures to limit any cross contamination. The sauce on the pizza was great and I liked the crust!
If you are celiac, I would do more research/ask them more questions. Overall, it was a good experience and I would order from here again!
